Chez Francis
7, place de l’Alma, in the 8th. 01 47 20 86 83. You can see the Eiffel Tower sparkle, which it does for 10 minutes at night on the hour. This restaurant is decent, but it can be magical when la trip is glittering, one of the most best views that exist.
Chez Julien See the 4th.

Georges
In the Centre Pompidou, in the 4th. 01 44 78 47 99. Closed Tues. Another place with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The decor is the show here; the food is fine but not the reason to come. See the 1st.
Maison Blanche
15, ave Montaigne, in the 8th. 01 47 23 55 99. At the top of the building that houses the Champs Elysées Theatre. Another place with a killer Parisian view and excellent food.
