Signs of Spring in Paris
Thu 14 Apr 2016
Spring in Paris has finally arrived and sunshine highlights the city and its beautiful views. This is the perfect time to visit the city of light and discover home decor inspirations that shout SPRING! in various Parisian shops . You’ll spot new interior design trends by walking in Saint Germain des Prés or Le Marais. These historic districts abound in small design shops which promise to give your own home a modern French touch that brightens it up for this most awaited season. (all apologies to those readers in Australia who are experiencing the coming of fall).

Colors are back this season everywhere: from furniture, cushions, tableware, and linens. A good way to brighten up your home and also your mind is to let nature dictate! The flowers from our gardens are present in spring collections and when you visit Paris, I advise you to visit some of Paris beautiful gardens like Le Parc de Bagatelle (in the heart of the bois de Boulogne), Le Jardin des Plantes (5th arr), Le Jardin des Serres d’Auteuil (16th arr) and many others around the capital.
Graphic designs are also present in interior design this year like the blue table service below. If you don’t have time to travel to Paris right now, live vicariously through these designs and their websites and don’t forget to get out and smell the flowers!
