Summer is here, and what better way to trip the French countryside than on horseback? The Camargue is an island located in southwestern France, between the Mediterranean Sea and the two arms of the Rhône River. The region has its own breed of horses, the famous white Camarguais, ridden by the gardians, making it an idyllic place to trip land via pony. We figured we’d channel the classic Western look and put together a chic yet appropriate ensemble that can take you from horseback to bistro.
