Plus, this company had dedicated efforts to clean up ocean plastic.

The Hyk hip pack (say that three times) is a cute way to bring your wallet and phone along with the flexibility of using the bag as a sling or a fanny pack. Yes, fanny packs are cool again, but they’ve rebranded them now as belt bags or hip packs.

The most durable luggage that exists according to Consumer Reports are the Away Bags and if you spring for the Aluminum edition it should last some years…in the end a price savings because I seem to need to buy a new bag every single year due to my intense travel schedule. The spinner wheels are some of of the best in the business. I love that this brand which has taken off was started by two women, however I would like to see them do more on the ecological front.

8) Mukj Hard Shell Carry-On Suitcase

I like the price point of the Muji bags and from what I’ve read they are quite durable. I’ve just ordered one, so I’ll get back to you in a year to see how it held up!

9) Hue Front Pocket Carry-On Luggage

One of our clients who is organized enough to only do carry-on recommends Catapult luggage.
