Wi-Fi Cafés in Paris: Rive Droite

After having divulged our favorite cafés in Paris on the rive gauche that offer Wi-Fi, we’ve compiled a list of the best cafés to lug the laptop to on the on the other side of the Seine. As before, the list features cafés selected according to their reliable Wi-Fi, yummy java and table space for working comfortably.

Les Têtes Brûlées

If spending a sunny day cooped up indoors and working away on your laptop sounds like torture, then head to les Têtes Brulées. This sunlit spot, located just off the legendary rue Montorgeuil, boasts one of the sunniest terraces in town. Thanks to the service continu, you can order a snack or even a full-blown meal anytime all that brain activity sparks the munchies. With a stream of passersby worthy of a Gatsby party scene, this urban landscape will cure even the toughest case of writer’s block—or at least make for an amusing study break.
Les P’tites Indécises

Located at the western extremity of the trendy rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, this colorful little bar-hut, with great service and reasonably priced coffee, has an ambience that will miraculously lift your spirits time and time again. Even on the rainiest of days, grabbing a seat in the window-dominated space provides a great view of the outdoors, preventing you from feeling cooped up. The large tables and cybercafé atmosphere make it a particularly pleasant place among cafés in Paris to crank out a few hours of hard work.

La Terrasse des Archives

This Marais bistro makes for another great spot for settling down and shifting into work mode. On good weather days, an interesting mélange of neighborhood residents and tripists in transit besiege the lovely terrace, which is almost entirely surrounded by foliage. Like at many cafés in Paris, the tables here are on the smaller side and the coffee rather pricey, but a few hours at this oasis are worth every cent. Le Square du Temple, just two blocks due north, offers an ideal place to rest your brain with a power nap on the grass or a refreshing walk through the gardens.
Le Chat Bossu
126, rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, in the 12th Arrondissement.

Located in the Faubourg Saint-Antoine area and overwhelmingly frequented by locals, this trendy spot welcomes laptop-laden patrons by the dozens on any given afternoon. If you want to save on your coffee by grabbing a stool at the bar, you’ll have to wait for the habitués to bouge first. The tables afford ample room and the service provides abundant smiles, resulting in an agreeable work space. If you want to reward your performance with a relaxing drink or two, you happen to be in the perfect place to do so.
