Chile is a land of striking contrasts. It is home to the driest desert in the world and the breathtaking frozen waterfalls and glaciers of Patagonia, the southernmost region of the Americas. As the ninth-largest global wine producer, Chile boasts a rich winemaking tradition, where European and local vintners craft exceptional wines. The country is famous for its dramatic mountain peaks, world-class skiing, and an expansive 2,500-mile coastline. Among its most celebrated figures is Nobel Prize-winning poet and politician Pablo Neruda, who called Chile home for much of his life. Our journey begins in Santiago, where we'll explore the city's historic monuments and museums before heading west to Valparaíso, the vibrant seaside city where Neruda once lived. Next, we'll immerse ourselves in Chile’s renowned wine country, staying at a historic boutique hotel and visiting a biodynamic winery. We'll meet Chile’s first female winemaker and indulge in traditional Chilean specialties along the way. From there, we'll fly to the awe-inspiring landscapes of Patagonia to explore Torres del Paine National Park. We'll marvel at snow-capped peaks, frozen waterfalls, hidden lagoons, and vast glaciers, including the towering Grey Glacier, part of the world's second-largest ice field, spanning over 4,000 square miles. Each evening, you'll savor thoughtfully prepared meals featuring local ingredients before retiring for the night in exceptional accommodations. This Chilean journey promises to be unforgettable, with a perfect balance of adventure, culture, and indulgence. Why don’t you join us?
