Soak in the Blue Lagoon's mineral-rich waters, letting the warmth melt away stress, and enjoy yoga sessions amidst Iceland’s tranquil landscapes. We’ll also relax in the soothing waters of Hvammsvik Geothermal Baths, a serene escape with stunning views. The trip officially starts on Saturday, August 8 - 13 2026, but if you're flying overnight to get to Iceland, consider arriving a day early to rest, relax, and adjust to the local time. You can purchase the Arrive 1 Day Early option In the Add-ons section or make your own arrangements.
Since people arrive at different times, we haven't organized a group transfer. Instead, you can choose one of the options below for an easy transfer from the airport to the hotel. Transport between Keflavik International Airport and Reykjavik City is 50 km and usually takes less than an hour.
Taxi - Taxis are clean and plentiful at Keflavik International Airport 24 hours a day. They can be found at the terminal and can bring guests to the hotel in good time.
Private Car - if you'd prefer a private car and driver, we can arrange one for you.
Bus - The buses are operated by Iceland Excursions' Airport Express and Reykjavik Excursions Kynnisferdir's Flybus services. They both have a timetable adapted to the arrival and departing flights' schedule (you can book directly). This is how most visitors travel between the airport and the city center. Tickets are around €30. It's a big, nice coach with onboard Wi-Fi and plenty of luggage storage.
There's an optional Add-on to Arrive 1 Day Early and Stay 1 Day Longer that you can purchase from the Add-ons section. Our concierge, can help you if you have additional questions or wish to stay longer.

The European Union will soon require travelers from visa-exempt countries like the U.S. and Canada to obtain travel authorization before entering most EU countries. This new system, called ETIAS, is expected to start sometime in 2025, but exact dates have not been announced.
Since ETIAS is not yet in effect, there’s nothing you need to do right now. We will update all Girls' Guide customers as soon as applications open.
