Johannesburg - South Africa

Day 1: Friday, April 24th, 2026

Welcome to South Africa! Upon arrival in South Africa, a private transfer will take us to Palazzo Hotel Montecasino. As we pass through the city, we’ll pass along Johannesburg’s tree-lined streets. When in season, the jacaranda trees burst into vibrant purple blooms, casting a dreamy canopy over the avenues. 

After checking in, take a moment to refresh before joining the group for a welcome drink and a toast to the journey ahead.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll gather for dinner at Medeo, which serves cuisine freshly prepared by world-class chefs. We'll connect in our shared anticipation of the adventure ahead. 

After our meal, we gather for our first wellness session - our Soul Journey begins with a Welcome Circle, a guided experience to set intentions, foster connection, and lay the foundation for the transformation.

Mashatu Game Reserve

Day 2: Saturday, April 25th, 2026

After a delicious hotel breakfast, we'll transfer to Lanseria Airport for a charter flight to Limpopo Valley. From the air, watch as the landscapes shift from city to rolling savanna, a preview of the wilderness ahead.

Upon landing, we’ll cross the border into Botswana, stepping fully into the rhythm of the wild. A refreshing welcome drink awaits at Mashatu Lodge before we settle into our private suites and take in the sweeping views of the bush.

After a leisurely high tea, we set off on our first game drive through Mashatu Game Reserve, known as the Land of Giants for its thriving elephant herds, elusive big cats, and over 350 bird species. As the sun sets, we pause for sundowners, soaking in the vastness of Botswana’s untouched landscape.

Dinner is a three-course meal beneath the stars, where the warmth of the fire and the night’s stillness set the tone for deep connection. We'll end the day by reflecting on our adventure.

Mashatu Game Reserve - Botswana

Day 3: Sunday, April 26th, 2026

At sunrise, we head to Matebole, a renowned underground wildlife photography spot that offers a rare, eye-level view of elephants, leopards, and other animals as they gather at the waterhole. This exclusive experience provides an unparalleled opportunity to capture Botswana’s wildlife up close. 

Returning to our lodge, we'll enjoy a leisurely brunch before diving into our Emotional Intelligence coaching session, exploring how nature mirrors our inner landscapes and self-awareness.

In the afternoon, we'll take a game drive guided by expert trackers who will help us uncover the secrets of the bush. As golden light washes over the land, we pause for sundowners at a scenic lookout. We'll end the night at our lodge with dinner beneath a star-filled sky.

Mashatu Game Reserve - Botswana

Day 4: Monday, April 27th, 2026

The morning begins with a game drive, where we can spot lions, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard. Afterward, we return to Mashatu Lodge for a delicious brunch with bush views.

Later, enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes conservation tour (subject to confirmation), where we meet the anti-poaching team and learn about their vital work in protecting Botswana’s delicate ecosystem. 

In the afternoon, we turn inward with a coaching session on Spiritual Intelligence – The Call of the Wild Soul- where we deepen our connection to nature and intuition. 

As the sun sets, we head out for a game drive, followed by sundowners in the bush. Dinner tonight is a memorable experience at our lodge, where we'll savor the flavors of Botswana while reflecting on the day’s decisive moments.

Day 5: Tuesday, April 28th, 2026

Our morning begins with an awe-inspiring game drive at Mashatu Game Reserve, followed by a relaxing full-body massage at Serokolo Spa. We then move to Tuli Safari Lodge, set on the banks of the Limpopo River.

Later, we'll gather for Body Intelligence - Reclaiming Sensory Aliveness, a coaching session that reconnects us to the wisdom of our bodies. 

Later, we'll embark on a game drive, pausing for sundowners at a stunning lookout point.

Dinner is a celebratory meal at Tuli Safari Lodge, where the sounds of the wilderness provide the perfect backdrop to our reflections on the journey so far.

Tuli Block - Botswana

Day 6: Wednesday, April 29th, 2026

As the sun rises over Tuli Safari Lodge, we can choose a morning game drive or an immersive bush walk. If we choose the walk, expert trackers will guide us through the wilderness, revealing the hidden signs of nature. Walking through the untouched beauty of Botswana allows us to engage with the land in a more intimate and grounded way. 

Returning to the lodge, we'll enjoy a brunch featuring fresh, local ingredients before shifting our focus inward with our Heart Intelligence coaching session - exploring the power of love and connection and deepening our relationship with ourselves and others.

In the afternoon, there’s time to relax before we gather for high tea, followed by a thrilling game drive through the diverse landscapes of the Tuli Block. As the golden light casts long shadows over the bush, we pause for sundowners at a breathtaking lookout point.

Back at Tuli Safari Lodge, dinner is a beautifully prepared meal under the stars, where the crackling fire and the rhythmic sounds of the wilderness set the scene for another unforgettable evening.

Day 7: Thursday, April 30th, 2026

Our final full day begins with an early morning game drive, offering one last chance to witness Botswana’s wildlife at dawn's first light. As the cool morning air gives way to the sun's warmth, we return to Tuli Safari Lodge for a relaxed brunch, reflecting on the week’s unforgettable life-changing experiences. 

In the afternoon, we come together for Integration – Weaving Together the Threads of Transformation, a final coaching session that ties together everything we have learned, experienced, and uncovered.

Over high tea, we share our breakthroughs and insights before heading out for a farewell safari, taking in the vast landscapes one last time. 

As the sun sets on our journey, we gather for a final dinner at Tuli Safari Lodge, celebrating transformation, connection, and the unforgettable adventure we have shared.

Day 8: Friday, May 1st, 2026

Our last morning at Tuli Safari Lodge begins with breakfast and a Closing Ceremony – Embodied Wisdom, where we reflect on how to carry this experience forward into our lives. This session marks the transition from the wild back to the modern world, ensuring that this journey's personal growth, insights, and transformations stay with us long after we leave Africa.

Afterward, we transfer to the airstrip for a charter flight back to Johannesburg, crossing the border and retracing our steps through the landscapes that have now become a part of us.

We'll arrive at Lanseria Airport, where the group will go separate ways. Those continuing on the Cape Town Extension will transfer directly to their flight to Cape Town, while those returning home will transfer to OR Tambo International Airport. Once at OR Tambo, we’ll relax in the Menzies VIP Lounge before our connecting flights, whether heading home or onward to other destinations..

Cape Town

Day 1 of Extension - Friday, May 1st, 2026

After touching down at Cape Town International Airport, we’ll be met with a warm welcome in the arrivals hall before heading off in private vehicles to our stylish home for the next few nights—the Winchester Boutique Hotel, perfectly perched along the Sea Point promenade. Once we’ve checked in, we’ll have time to settle into our rooms, take in the fresh ocean air, and recharge after the journey.

The afternoon is ours to enjoy at a relaxed pace—whether that means a stroll along the waterfront, admiring the hotel’s signature pink exterior and lush courtyard, or simply unwinding as we begin to soak in the rhythm of Cape Town.

This evening at 19:00, we’ll come together for our welcome dinner at Shoreditch, the hotel’s contemporary restaurant known for its bold flavors and local flair. A curated set menu will introduce us to some of South Africa’s culinary highlights. Drinks are available for us to choose as we please.

It’s the perfect way to ease into our adventure—great food, good company, and our first taste of this vibrant city.

Cape Town

Day 2 of Extension - Saturday, May 2nd, 2026

We’ll kick off the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before setting out on the breathtaking Cape Peninsula Tour—a journey packed with some of the most stunning coastal scenery in the world, all the way to the iconic Cape Point.

As we wind along the dramatic cliffs of  Chapman’s Peak Drive, soak in the panoramic views of the rugged shoreline. At Cape Point, explore the fascinating blend of natural beauty and historical significance where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans famously meet.

For lunch, we’ll dine at the acclaimed Two Oceans Restaurant, savoring a flavorful set-menu with sweeping ocean views. (Please note: drinks are at your own expense.)

In the afternoon, we’ll visit Boulders Beach, to meet the charming colony of African penguins in their natural habitat. Then we’ll meander through the coastal gems of Simon’s Town and Kalk Bay—picturesque villages dotted with unique shops, galleries, and cafés.

Our final stop is the tranquil Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, here you'll have time to wander through South Africa’s lush and diverse plant life.

After a day rich in discovery and awe-inspiring sights, we’ll return to the hotel for some downtime before the evening’s festivities.

To wrap up the day, we’ll head to the lively V&A Waterfront for a memorable dinner at Harbour House, Enjoy a set-menu meal in an unforgettable setting—drinks on your own account—as we toast to a day well spent.

Cape Town

Day 3 of Extension - Sunday, May 3rd, 2026

After breakfast, we’ll kick things off with a ferry ride to Robben Island, where you’ll explore the historic prison that once held Nelson Mandela. It’s a moving and eye-opening visit, and the views of Cape Town from the boat are incredible.

Back on dry land, we’ll head to the lively Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, for a tasty set-menu lunch with great vibes and ocean views. Next, it’s time to soar to the top of Table Mountain, via the Cableway. With fast-track tickets, we’ll skip the lines and head straight up to take in the breathtaking views over the city, the coast, and surrounding peaks.

Then we’ll explore the vibrant neighborhood of Bo-Kaap, famous for its colorful houses and rich cultural history. We’ll also stop by the Castle of Good Hope, one of the oldest buildings in South Africa.

After a bit of downtime at the hotel to recharge, we’ll wrap up the day with a relaxed dinner at The Bungalow in Clifton —set-menu dining with stunning ocean views to end the day on a high note.

Stellenbosch

Day 4 of Extension - Monday, May 4th, 2026

We’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before checking out and setting off toward the stunning Cape Winelands—a region where rolling vineyards, historic estates, and incredible wines come together for a day of pure indulgence.

Our first stop is the beautiful Franschhoek Valley, here the scenic views and deep-rooted wine culture set the tone for the day. From there, we’ll continue to Stellenbosch, a lively town known for its Cape Dutch charm, tree-lined streets, and warm hospitality.

Throughout the day, we’ll visit renowned wineries for guided tastings of some of the best wines the region has to offer. For lunch, we’ll unwind with a delicious set-menu at the elegant Waterford Estate, surrounded by vineyard views. Drinks are for your own account.

Then comes a sweet highlight—the Waterford Estate Wine & Chocolate Experience, where fine wines meet handcrafted local chocolates in a perfectly paired tasting.

After the tour, we’ll check in at the stylish Oude Werf Hotel in Stellenbosch.

To end the day, we’ll gather for a cozy dinner at Post & Pepper Restaurant, where a carefully curated set-menu awaits.

If you're traveling across an ocean to get to South Africa, consider arriving a day early so you have time to relax and adjust to the local time zone. If you decide to arrive early, please let us know, and we will book your room and ensure that you are kept in the same room as you will be when the trip starts.

You should fly into OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg, South Africa. This is the main international gateway for the Wild Women Awakening trip. Airport transfers are included on the first and last day of the trip. If you arrive early or stay longer, you’ll need to arrange your transfer. Our concierge is happy to assist you in booking it. 

If you are not joining the Cape Town extension, please book your return flight from Johannesburg after 8:00 PM.

We will have a zoom call about 6 weeks before the trip starts to discuss all that information and give you a packing list. Here is a great website that we love that will help you with packing and travel trips.

Expect warm days and cool evenings, with temperatures ranging from 57°F (14°C) in the morning to 88°F (31°C) in the afternoon. Skies are mostly clear, with minimal rainfall—ideal for wildlife viewing.

For tourism trips of 90 days or less, U.S. citizens (U.S. passport holders) do not need a visa to visit South Africa or Botswana. However, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay.
